Advises and provides support staff to the County’sAgricultural Advisory Committee.Air Pollution Control District2-full-time staff: Deputy Air Pollution Control Officer, Air Pollution Control Specialist. Fiscal Year 18/19Budget - 972,250Administers local enforcement of District Rules and air related laws and regulations, for non-mobile pollution sources,primarily found in the Health & Safety Code . Administers multiple Carl Moyer and other grant programs. Additional coursework in air pollution control ormanagement is desirable.Five (5) years of increasingly responsible combined experience inthe areas of agriculture, weights and measures, or air pollutioncontrol, including at least two years at a supervisory level.Licenses and Certifications: Must possess an Agricultural Commissioner and Deputy Sealer ofWeights and Measures license issued by the State of CaliforniaDepartment of Food and Agriculture. Must be able to obtain Sealer of Weights and Measures licensewithin one year of appointment. Must possess a California driver's license and have a satisfactorydriving record.
