Be sure to check the oil levels in the engine andengine reduction unit before starting the unit. The paddle shaft and mixing blades are engaged anddisengaged by tightening and loosening the drive belts with aspring loaded idler pulley. To engage the clutch, rotate the levercounterclockwise. The spring maintains the correct belt tension. To disengage the clutch, rotate the lever clockwise against thelever stop. The engine base is slotted to adjust for belt wear andto bring the idler pulley into operating range.Hardware. Check all hardware on the mixer before starting.Periodically inspect all hardware. Grease these every 40 hours using grade #1 LithiumBase grease.DRAW BARGEAR ALIGNMENTThe countershaft and driven pinion are mounted on a slottedbase. To align gears, loosen the pillow block mounting bolts andmove them until the necessary alignment has been made.GEAR LUBRICATIONThe surface of the pinion and the bull gearshould be very lightly greased every 250 hours.IMPORTANT! AVOID OVER-GREASING.EXCESS GREASE WILL ACCUMULATECONTAMINATES AND CAUSE PREMATUREWEAR.BOLT & NUTINSERT CHAIN THROUGHTHE HOLESTEP 2DRAW BARIMPORTANT — DRUM HEAD SEAL CAREGrease seals every 40 hours of operation usingany grade #1 lithium base grease. WM-900S, 900P — OPERATIONSDANGERBEFORE TOWINGThe following is the recommended wiper blade adjustments:1) STEEL DRUM MIXERSSIDE SCRAPERBALL HITCH COUPLER1. Check vehicle hitch, ball, and coupler for signs of wear ordamage. Replace any parts that are worn or damagedbefore towing.2. Use only the 2" ball diameter as indicated on your coupler.Use of any other ball diameter will create an extremelydangerous condition which can result in separation of thecoupler and ball or ball failure.3. Be sure the coupler is secured to the hitch ball and thelock lever is down tight and locked.Recheck tightness again after towing about 50 miles.4. Check that trailer safety chains are properly connected.RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE1. Smear ball socket and clamp face with chassis grease.Periodically oil pivot points and solutions surfaces ofcoupler with SAE 30 wt. motor oil.2. When parking or storing your trailer. Keep the coupler offthe ground so dirt will not build up in the ball socket.DANGEREND SCRAPER2) POLYETHYLENE DRUM MIXERSIf housing is deformed, replace complete coupler.USE ONLY GENUINEFULTON REPAIR KITS.CLEANING — BLADE ADJUSTMENTSAlways disconnect the spark plug wire before cleaning the insideof the drum.Never pour or spray water over the gasoline engine or electricmotor. For consistent performance, long life and high quality mixing, thoroughly clean the mixer inside and out at the end of eachday’s operation. To prevent lumps of dried mortar from formingand contamination of future batches, do not allow a buildup ofmaterials to form on the blades or anywhere inside the drum. The poly blade should come as close as possible to the surfacewithout touching. If material builds up on the drum, you may usea rubber mallet to dislodge the material without adverse effect tothe drum.IMPORTANT NOTICEEPOXY COMPATIBILITY — There are some expoxies and otherchemicals used in certain applications that are not compatiblewith polyethylene tubs.Since Whiteman Industries cannot control the end user’sapplication of this product, we will not assume responsibility forthe resulting damages when exposed to incompatible chemicals.PAGE 10 — WHITEMAN WM-900S, 900P — PARTS & OPERATION MANUAL — REV. #7 (03/17/06)

NACE Rev. 1.1 (ISIC Rev. 3) codes are often linked with more than one NACE Rev. 2 (ISIC Rev. 4) code. For example, 323 NACE Rev. 1.1 is linked with 261, 263 and 264 NACE Rev. 2 codes; 261 NACE Rev. 2 is linked with only one part of 311, 312, 313, 321 and 323 NACE Rev. 1.1 codes. Thus, it is not possible to obtain full codes of NACE
