[ When you celebrate, we’re there. ]

SINCE 1938 HEIDELBERG DISTRIBUTING COMPANY is a family owned and operated company that markets and delivers the finest beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcohol beverages to retailers in Ohio and Kentucky – to your local grocers, convenience stores, corner bars, restaurants, and more. Products on Heidelberg trucks come from local suppliers and from suppliers all over the U.S. and the world. ONE MAN, ONE TRUCK: Starting in 1938, our founder, Albert W. Vontz drove a truck every day from the Heidelberg Brewery in Covington, KY to deliver the popular Student Prince and Heirloom beers to retailers in Dayton, OH. The brewery closed in 1946, but Vontz kept the Heidelberg name and found new beer and wine products to distribute. Today we are still family owned and operated. Third and fourth generation Vontz and Miller families are actively involved in the leadership and daily operations. Albert W. Vontz, 1938
