IM CONTACTS INFO TL Under the Team Leaders group, you should look at the status message next to each Team Leader name. The status will assist you in finding the correct contact. You should look for a Team Leader with a status of Info TL. In addition, you will see a range of letters at the beginning of the Info TL status. If your last name falls between the letter range, that is the TL you should contact. TRC Help You may also message the contact assigned to TRC Help if you are experiencing a technical issue. Mentors You will also see a contact group called Mentors. You may contact your assigned mentor or contact the mentor with the status Mentor Assistance if your assigned mentor is not available. LOGGING OUT After your shift, make sure you log out of Spark by selecting File and then Log out. Closing the Spark window by clicking on the X will not log you out of the application. The program will still run in the background until you select Log out from the File menu. 6 Page
