Persian Lifestyle Magazine 2022 Media Kit

ABOUT ALEPH ALEPH is Canada’s first Persian lifestyle magazine based in Vancouver dedicated to give established businesses a voice for the Iranian community, helping them to reach these untapped and active segments of population. ALEPH is a seasonal magazine that offers space both in print and online. It sheds light on what is important and relevant at the present moment, bridging the gap between the East and the West. We believe that luxury is encompassed in the exclusive, in the unique, in the never-before-seen or experienced. These can be through fine dining, luxury automobiles, high-end fashion, premium travel destinations, high-quality products and services which play an important role in refining our experiences and inspiring us to seek out more. It effortlessly allows Westerners to gain a better, more authentic understanding of Persian culture and traditions, while helping Iranians living in Canada discover Western customs and values. 01

THE STORY ALEPH magazine is the brainchild of Farhad Mehrabi, the founder of Geeky Marketing agency in Vancouver. After 7 years of working with a wide variety of businesses and helping them expand and find their audience, Farhad has used every one of his endeavours to gather ultramodern, high-end businesses that seldom had a chance to promote themselves, tap into Vancouver’s ever-growing multicultural market, and introduce various aspects of Iranian regional and international culture to other businesses. Mission Statement ALEPH’s goal as a Farsi and English lifestyle magazine is to connect the East and the West through a shared love for excellence, inspiration and beauty. Vision Statement We aim to become Canada’s finest Persian magazine, uniting and inspiring Iranian communities across Canada with meaningful, beautifully curated content. 02

A MARKET GAP The Iranian population in Canada continues to grow. By 2030, it is estimated that almost 400,000 of the Canadian population will be Persians. As the number of Iranian immigrants are increasing, the number of businesses that mainly target the Iranian community has risen in order to address the community’s needs. ALEPH would be an ideal platform for luxury global brands to speak to their target audience, and for high-end Persian brands and businesses to connect to Persian communities within Vancouver and all across Canada. 03 A Need for Something Different A Magazine Fit for the Best What Does This Mean for Advertisers? Presently, Iranian newspapers and magazines are low-quality both in content and materials, making it difficult for high-end Iranian businesses to want to promote themselves. This need in the market calls for a high-quality luxury magazine that can help local Iranian businesses as well as big name international brands promote their products and services to both Iranian and multicultural communities. It is well known in the marketing world that businesses and luxury brands producing watches, fashion and cars tap into multicultural markets. In Vancouver, the Iranian community is one of these markets. ALEPH will provide advertisers with a luxury print platform that is reflective of the quality level of these brands, designed with the highest quality graphics and materials meant to house their advertisements. The Iranian community is a fantastic market to enter as it is considered one with great purchasing power. For brands wishing to promote themselves to the Iranian community, this means accelerated growth, better returns and higher profit.
