Process Automation Learning Services Classroom Courses, 2019 – 2021 Instructor-Led Classes Corresponding Online Learning To complement our instructor-led classes, we also offer online learning. The subsections below provide brief overviews of each: Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and WebBased Training (WBT). For more detailed information on our VILT and WBT offerings, visit palearningservices.schneider-electric.com and browse through our online catalog. Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) This classroom-style learning experience leverages conferencing technology to enable participants to attend from any location in the world, in their local time zone, without the need to travel. Led by expert-level Instructors and with the use of the Process Automation Learning Cloud, participants complete lab practice from their very own desks. We offer two types of Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) courses: In short-duration VILT, participants complete labs outside class, with the option to request support. In long-duration VILT, participants complete labs primarily in class, with the support an expert Instructor. Web-Based Training (WBT) This self-paced e-learning offers courses, from 1 to 10 hours in duration, that participants complete at their own pace from their own locations. Conceptual knowledge is enhanced with demonstrations and try-it simulations that participants use to practice the application of acquired knowledge. Technical references and job aids are embedded within each course. Courses are modular. Managers and participants can combine multiple courses to acquire in-depth knowledge about a specific product. Training Growth Funds We offer Training Growth Funds (TGFs) that can help you maximize your training investments. TGFs double the investment you make in the Schneider Electric Process Automation support agreement through a dedicated training fund. 8 Go to Catalog Contents
