The instructions below are in three parts. Firstly, details and instructions for downloading and installing the Citrix app. Secondly to connect to Holy Name and lastly, adding a Citrix account from a different device or OS. Windows OS Visit https://www.citrix.com/downloads and download Citrix Workspace App for Windows. Open and run the download and install the application. Usually your first initial and full last name. Once you login you will see the screen below and you will be asked to setup your DUO account. You will only need to do this once.

After the DUO set up you will need to authenticate every time you login to citrix. It is advisable to have your phone close by. Click the approve button on your phone to connect to HNMC Once you login you will see the applications you have access to.

To remote into your Holy Name computer, double click Remote Desktop to open the connection. Enter the IP address (or host name) of your computer. Enter your windows credentials to connect to your desktop. ******************
