We then continue to its historic Old Town Square, visiting the Church of our Lady, St. Nicolas Church, the renowned Astronomical Clock and other Prague sights. We'll stroll across its historic Charles Bridge to view both sections of Prague. After our tour, we'll have time for an Independent Lunch in Old Town. Evening—Tonight, we meet in the Palace Lobby and board our coach for the drive to the NATIONAL THEATER to attend: Dvorak’s RUSALKA, featuring Buresova, Fogasova; Berger/ Jindra (Prague National Theater). Saturday, June 20: (B, L) PRAGUE CASTLE TOUR: After Buffet Breakfast at the Palace— We meet our Guide Ivana and drive to the PRAGUE PALACE COMPLEX: We will tour the impressive St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the interesting Lobkowitz Palace;and walk down its historic Golden Lane. Sunday, Jun 21: Monday, June 22: (B) JEWISH QUARTER TOUR: After Buffet Breakfast at the Palace, we meet Ivana for an interesting Tour of Prague's Jewish Quarter– the Old/New Synagogue; the historic Jewish Cemetery; the Maisel Synagogue, and finally the Jewish Museum. Evening—Tonight, we meet in the Palace Lobby and stroll to the PRAGUE STATE OPERA, to attend – Britten’s BILLY BUDD, featuring Bolduc, Margrita, Saks/ Ward (Prague State Opera). (B, Opt. L) FREE DAY – OR OPTIONAL: NELAHOZEVES CASTLE/ TROJA CHATEAU EXCURSION For those who choose this Option– After Buffet Breakfast in the Palace, we meet Ivana and Board our Coach for the drive to the Nelahozeves Castle Complex. We'll first tour DVORAK's Birth-House, seeing where he lived and memorabilia of Dvorak's life and works. Then, NELAHOZEVES CASTLE- owned by the Lobkowitz Family, built in the 16th Century by Florian Griespeach, seeing its Art Collection of 16th-19th Century works– Velasquez, Rubens, and Canaletto. LUNCHEON with Wine will be provided at the Castle. We then leave the Castle and drive to the charming TROJA CHATEAU to visit this charming Chateau and the special Modern Art Sculpure exhibition of Jan Kovarik. We then return to the Palace. Evening– Free evening; Or an Optional Concert of Young Czech Musicians joining the CZECH PHILHARMONIC in a Concert performing Dvorak's "New World Symphony" (Rudolfinum Dvorak Hall). PRAGUE PALACE COMPLEX Tuesday, June 23: Vienna (Staatsoper) Wednesday, June 24: TROJA CHATEAU (B, D) FREE DAY: Today is free to explore the city on our own, do some shopping and some pre-packing for our departure to VIENNA tomorrow. Evening— This afternoon, we meet in the Palace Lobby and proceed to its Gourmet Club Restaurant for our PRE-CONCERT DINNER with Wine. We then stroll to the historic landmark KLEMENTINUM MIRROR HALL, whose organ Mozart played, to attend the Prague Dvorak Symphony Orchestra Concert of: Vivaldi's FOUR SEASONS and Other Works by Mozart, Bach & Dvorak, (Kementinum Chapel–Mirror Hall). (B, D) After Breakfast, we depart Prague by Coach on our journey to VIENNA. En route– we'll stop for an Independent Lunch in a quaint Czech town. After Lunch– we drive to Vienna, arriving at our elegant 5-STAR DELUXE VIENNA HOTEL GRAND— on the Ringstrasse, only a few steps from the Vienna Staatsoper.

Evening— Tonight, on our first evening in Vienna, we meet in the Grand Lobby and proceed to its top floor Terrace Gourmet Michelin-Star Le Ciel Rotunde Restaurant for our WELCOME DINNER with Wine. Thursday, June 25: (B) FINE ARTS MUSEUM TOUR: After Buffet Breakfast in the Grand, we meet our Viennese Guide Regina Engelmann , and have a lovely stroll through the important sights on the Ring— the Burg Garden, Hofburg, and other sights. We'll then have our guided tour of the KUNSTHISTORISCHE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, built in 1891 to house the Imperial Hapsburg Family Collections – seeing its impressive Collection– including the largest Bruegel Collection in the world, and Masterworks of Raphael, Vermeer, Velazquez, Rubens, Rembrandt, Dürer, Titian and Tintoretto. We'll visit the renovated Wunderkammer Collection of precious objects, and see many amazing creative art decorative works. Evening—This evening, we meet in the Grand Lobby and stroll across the Square to the Vienna Staatsoper to attend the NUREYEV GALA BALLET (Vienna Staatsoper). Friday, June 26: (B, L) VIENNA–SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE: After Breakfast in the Grand, we'll meet Regina and board our Private Coach for the drive to the beautiful SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE: We'll tour its Royal Apartments, Carriage Museum and lovely Gardens. After Schönbrunn , we return to the Grand. After a short break, we'll meet in the Grand Lobby and stroll to the traditional Gasthaus Zur Oper Restaurant for our Traditional Austrian LUNCHEON of Weiner Schnitzel (its specialty) and Beer. Evening—This evening, we meet in the Grand Lobby and stroll across the Square to the Vienna Staatsoper to attend Verdi's IL TROVATORE, featuring Rebeka, Rachvelishvili; Kunde, Petean/Armiliato (Vienna Staatsoper). VIENNA STAASTOPER Monday, June 29: VIENNA - ST STEPHAN'S CATHEDRAL Saturday, June 27: (B) VIENNA HISTORY WALKING TOUR: After Buffet Breakfast at the Grand, we meet Regina, for our Guided Tour through Vienna's Historic First District: We first stroll through the Ringstrasse to Vienna's Landmark, the magnificent ST. STEPHAN'S CATHEDRAL for our Guided Tour of this Cathedral. We continue through Vienna's 1st District, seeing Private Palaces, Courtyards, and pass by the Mozart Figaro House. Next– we visit the interesting Vienna House of Music, viewing the history of its music, Conductors, and the Vienna Philharmonic. We see demonstrations of how music and sounds are made; Music rooms of Vienna Composers– Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Strauss and Mahler; and have the opportunity to conduct the Vienna Philharmonic via an inter-active Video. Evening—This evening, we meet in the Grand Lobby and stroll across the Square to the Vienna Staatsoper to attend Verdi's LA TRAVIATA, featuring Garifulina; Bernheim, Keenlyside/Domingo (Vienna Staatsoper). Sunday, June 28: (B, D) FREE DAY– At your option, you may attend the LIPIZZANER'S Professional Spanish Horse Riding Performance – with Full Dress and Music; OR – Mass at Hofburg Chapel with the singing of the Vienna Boys Choir. Evening—This evening, we meet Regina in the Grand Lobby, and board our Coach for the drive through illuminated Vienna- seeing its sights at night, driving into the Vienna Woods first stopping at Cobenzl for a lovely view of Vienna below. We then drive down to GRINZING, the charming Wine Village, for our VIENNESE DINNER with young Viennese Wines and Music, at the popular Heuriger Restaurant – Werner Welser. Then, we stroll to the Guggenheim House and Museum to see its interesting Collection. The afternoon is free to browse, shop and have an Independent Lunch. TEATRO LA FENICE VERONA (Arena Di Verona) VERONA Sunday, July 5: (B, D) Monday, July 6: (B) After Breakfast, we board our Boat to Tronchetto to meet our Coach for the drive to the lovely historic town of VERONA, set on the Banks of the River Adige, arriving at our 5-Star DELUXE DUE TORRI HOTEL, formerly a Palace of the Scala Family, near the Verona Center and within easy walking distance of the shopping street Via Mazzini, and the Arena Di Verona. The afternoon is at leisure. Evening– This evening, we meet in the Due Torri Lobby and stroll to its elegant Impero Dining Room to enjoy our VERONESE DINNER with Wine. After Dinner, we'll stroll together to the ARENA DI VERONA to attend: Verdi's AIDA (Arena Di Verona). We'll have our Private Boat Cruise on lovely Lake Garda, seeing the beautiful Peninsula around the Lake, the Catullus Caves (Roman Villa ruins) and Maria Callas' former house. After our Cruise– we have free time to visit Sirmione– See the Catullus Caves, have a coffee, or walk through this quaint walledtown to see its stores and do some shopping. We then drive to Vallegio for our ITALIAN LUNCHEON FIESTA with Wine at the popular Ristorante Antica Locanda Mincio, a lovely setting on the Banks of the River Mincio, featured in Gourmet Magazine and well-known for its tasty home-made Tortellini. ENGLAND FESTIVALS: LONDON ROYAL OPERA, GARSINGTON & GLYNDEBOURNE (July 13 - 26, 2020) LONDON (Royal Opera) & GARSINGTON FESTIVAL Evening—This evening, we'll meet in the Mayfair Lobby and board our Coach to drive to the ROYAL OPERA HOUSE–Covent Garden, to attend Puccini's TOSCA, featuring Netrebko; Jagde, Terfel/ Pappano (Royal Opera House). After "Tosca" we're returned to the May Fair. Thursday, July 16: LONDON - BIG BEN & PARLIAMENT Monday-Tuesday, July 13-14: (D) Departure from your Get - Away City on your Flight to LONDON HEATHROW. Upon arrival - you'll independently transfer to our 5-Star DELUXE MAYFAIR HOTEL, located in exclusive Mayfair in the Heart of London's West End, near Picadilly and important shops. Wednesday, July 15: (B) TOWER OF LONDON & ST PAUL'S: After English Breakfast at the May Fair- we meet our Guide and board our Coach– First driving to: The TOWER OF LONDON-built by William the Conqueror - to see the Prisons, housing famous patriots and Royal Monarchs. Then we see the incredible Crown Jewels. Next – We'll drive to the Landmark ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL- one of the most famous and recognizable sights of London. With its awe-inspiring interior and great dome, it is definitely one of London's major architectural masterpieces. (B, L) TATE & TATE MODERN MUSEUMS: After our English Breakfast in the May Fair, we board our Private Coach for the drive to: TATE MUSEUM- to see its extensive Permanent British Art Collection from 1500 to today– fine works of Hogarth, Reynolds, Gainsborough, Constable and Turner.
