I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me check out on Tuesday night, she was so nice and personable. Our dinner bill hadn’t come through yet and she went and found it and was able to tally the total so I could check out. Angela on the breakfast team is always smiling, what a gem! And of course you are so accommodating and easy to work with, I don’t think of going anywhere else for our trips up to LOTW. We loved the new villas too, very nice accommodations, loved the warm concrete floors. We look forward to another trip soon.
