SOCIAL AND NETWORKING EVENTS Opening FIS Party Sunday, May 7 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. After a day of light meetings, gather with all your fellow MUG attendees and FIS employees for a relaxing poolside dinner and party. Music, great food, and a wandering magician who will blow your mind will enhance this exciting opening event. Meeting FIS and Vendors in Showcase Starting with Sunday’s opening reception at 5:15 pm, we’ll have plenty of breaks and non-conflict exhibit time for FIS and independent vendors. Breakfasts and refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and long sessions at the end of the afternoon on Monday and Tuesday contribute to more than seven hours of non-conflict exhibit time. Exhibitors also have plenty of opportunity to interact at social events and attend sessions. Monday night is open, providing opportunities to take attendees to dinner. We will once again play the Playing Card Matchup Game and the Stamp Card game for prize giveaways which encourage more interaction with attendees. Sponsor Recognition Reception Sponsoring companies are invited to the Chairman’s Suite early on Monday evening for a reception with Chairman Beth Tomlinson of Bedford Federal and the MUG Executive Committee members. A sponsorship form is included in the Exhibit Prospectus mailed to all vendors. Closing MUG Party Before closing out the meeting on Wednesday, everyone gets together for one final, special social event. We’ll meet in the hotel ballroom for wonderful food and entertainment with Kostya Kimlat.

CHARITABLE INITIATIVE For this year’s conference, the MUG Executive Committee has chosen St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, based in Memphis, TN. This worldrenowned organization, founded more than 50 years ago by entertainer Danny Thomas, engages in medical research and provides free health care to selected children battling cancer and other catastrophic illnesses, at no cost to the patient. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since they opened. Finding cures. Saving children. At St. Jude, families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Generosity from people like you makes this possible. Please help at stjude.org St. Jude patient Brent, cancer of the nervous system Please consider giving a check made out to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in your name or that of your institution and send it to the MUG office or give during the conference. We will provide opportunities to give throughout the conference. Your donation is tax-deductible. Thank you for your contribution. 2016 ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (25656) For more information on St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital visit stjude.org
