As one of the industry’s most comprehensive studies, our 2022 Wellness Index asked more than 16,000 Americans from major US cities about their wellness habits. A clear majority now see wellness as worth prioritizing in life, and they’re willing to put in the time to do it. Facial exercise Nearly three in ten respondents already do or are interested in toning their face muscles with facial exercises, like face yoga—with almost equal interest from men and women (28% and 29%, respectively).
