From 2014-2018, JudgePickard served on the Executive Council of the NevadaState Bar’s Family Law Section and as the Co-Editor ofthe Nevada Family Law Report.DR. STEPHANIE HOLLAND is a licensed psychologist in thestates of Nevada and Colorado, and has been in privatepractice since 1998. All throughout her professionalcareer, Dr. Holland has worked alongside family court toprovide comprehensive evaluations and assessments.She has testified as an expert on areas including trauma,high conflict, child development and relocation. She alsoworks with the Juvenile Justice System and theDepartment of Family Services evaluating youth. She hasco-founded two 5013c non-profit organizations over thespan of her professional career: Child Focus, now a partof St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, which advocates forsiblings to remain together in care, and most recently,Wake Up, a re-entry program to improve the lives ofdisconnected youth. Dr. Holland has held the position ofExam Commissioner for the State of Nevada Board ofPsychological Examiners for five years and is now anappointed Board Member of the State Board ofPsychological Examiners.DR. LIPIKA W. JAIN, PSY.D. is a licensed clinicalpsychologist in Illinois and Nevada with a demonstratedhistory of training and experience working largely withinforensics and family court with children/adolescents andtheir families. In addition, Dr. Jain’s education andexperience working with other diverse populations withinthe outpatient level of care has paved her current pathinto working with adolescents within an intensiveoutpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalizationprogram (PHP) at Compass Health Center. Aside fromher passion for her work, Dr. Jain loves spending timewith her family and dog, watching movies and televisionshows, trying new restaurants, and traveling as much aspossible.
