Dightman’sdistance was 43 feet, 7.50inches.Dietric Kenning took control of the shot put contest witha throw of 43 feet, 4 inches forfirst place.In the 110 hurdles, TimSchulte placed first for theTitans in 16.35 and finishedsecond in the 300-meter intermediate hurdles. Centennialwas first with 42.35. Schulte’stime was 42.84. He was sixthin the high jump.Simon Wiedel added another first place with his timeof 10.90 in the 100-meterdash, and in the 200-meter,Wiedel nailed first place in22.74 seconds.Dylan Fischer broughthome a first place finish for theTitans in the 3200-meter run,going 11:09.24 over Malcolm.In third place, it was DamianStewart in 11:28.14. Malcolmtook second.Kyle Kugel backed Kenning up in the shot put, coming in third behind Malcolmwith a distance of 42 feet,10.50 inches. AdditionalTitans competing in shot putwere Shevin Solomon, SethMumford, Brian Kovacs,Brendan Fangmeier, RobertLindsey, Keith Hergott, RyanKoch and Hunter Mathiesen.For the discus, Kyle Kugelthrew 114 feet, 10 inches fora fourth place.Keegan Casey was twoplaces behind Schulte in the110 hurdles and ran the stretchin 18.71. He was sixth in the300 hurdles at 49 seconds.Elijah Nobbman fell behind Wiedel, placing ninth.Following Nobbman wereRiley Templin and Mathiesen.Nobbman came a little closerto Wiedel in the 200-meterdash with a fourth place run in24.12. Fillmore Central tooksecond and third.Connor Mumm snatched asecond place in the 1600-meter run. His time was 4:51.66.Mumm was followed by Aubrey Fangmeier, who placedsixth in 5:02.65. Titans, CollinFink, Marshal Holtzclaw, Isaiah Keilwitz, Elijah Keilwitzand Dalton Williams also ranthe 1600.Zach Koss took third placein the 800-meter run. Hewas the only Titan to run therace and finished in a time of2:09.28.The Titans were fourth in the400-meter relay with ElijahNobbman, Riley Templin,Jadyn Dightman and ZachKoss running it in 47.09. Inthe 1600-meter relay, it wasthe Titans with first place in3:30.63, topping David City,Malcolm, Fillmore Central,Centennial and Heartland.Titan girls place fourthJena Cottam came awayfrom the Fillmore invite with anew school record in the longjump. Cottam leaped 15 feet,8.75 inches for second place.Malcolm won first.Cottam also scored for theTitan girls in the 200-meterdash with a third place in the200-meter dash. She ran it in28.16. She was sixth in the100-meter dash with a timeof 13.69.The girls team placed fifthoverall.In the triple jump, GraceSouerdyke was sixth with 30feet, 2 inches. Maddison Williams came behind Souerdykewith seventh place. MariahHintz was ninth.In the pole vault, ReataElting made her dent in thecontest with third place at 7feet, 6.01. Bailee Remmersalso competed and placed10th.In the shot put, Emily Welchtook sixth place with a throwof 32 feet, 10 inches. The girls’time was 11:42.95.Linton, Cheyanna Tietjen,Jena Cottam and Williamsfinished fifth in the 400meter relay in 55.98. Lintonalso rean the 1600-meterrelay along with McKenzieJohnson, Katelyn Richardsonand Souerdyke. They ran it in4:43.90.Tietjen was sixth in the 100meter hurdles in 18.22.Johnson also helped herselfto a fifth place in the 400-meterdash. She came in at 1:05.93.Souerdyke also ran, placingeighth with Katelyn Richardson behind her in ninth. He was also first inthe 200-meter at 23.94. Meierplaced first as well, throwing112 feet, 2 inches in the discus,and in the shot put, Meier hada distance of 34 feet, 9.5 inchesfor second place.Grant Hansen made secondplace in the 300-meter hurdlesin 45.06.
