Cavelero Mid High School Play“Kilroy was Here”April 18th at 6:00 p.m. and April 19th at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.Salute the brave men and women serving in the military with this patrioticcomedy. We guarantee there won’t be a dry eye in the house after the stirringtribute to all branches of the military. Still, Kilroy is a comedy and the setting isa U.S.O. Club in Brooklyn in 1942. Ships leaving the nearby Navy yard arebeing sunk by enemy U-boats. Allied intelligence suspects the club isunknowingly harboring Axis spies. Enter Private Joe Kilroy, a young soldierwho draws a curious cartoon face everywhere he goes. He is the only one whoknows where the next Allied convoy will converge. The enemy agents arestopping at nothing to learn his secret.
