When the cooking time iscompleted, the heating elementwill shut down, but the fan WILLCONTINUE RUNNING for at least20 seconds to cool down the unit.27. If the GoWISE USA Multi AirFryer is used improperly, forprofessional or semi-professionalpurposes, or if it is not usedaccording to the instructions inthis user manual, the warrantybecomes invalid, and themanufacturer will not be heldliable for damages.29. ALWAYS unplug the applianceafter every use.30. Let the appliance cool down for atleast 30 minutes before handling,cleaning, or storing.31. CONTROL DISPLAYUSING THE DIGITAL CONTROLS1.Once the unit is plugged in, thedisplay lights will flash once witha single chime/beep. The POWERbutton will remain illuminated.2.Tap the POWER button toilluminate the basic menuoptions.3.Adjust the time and temperatureby pressing the TEMP/TIMEbutton to toggle between timeand temperature and use theorarrows to increase ordecrease as needed.4.OR, select a preset by pressingthe MENU button repeatedlyuntil desired cooking preset isreached.5.To adjust a preset’s temperatureor time, press the TEMP/TIMEbutton to toggle between timeand temperature, and use theorarrows buttons to increaseor decrease as needed.NOTE: Hold down the arrows toincrease or decrease the timeand temperature at a faster rate. If using a Rotisserie accessory,make sure the Rotisserie functionis activated by pressing theROTISSERIE button on the DigitalDisplay before starting thecooking process. Press the LIGHT button to turnthe oven light on and off any timethroughout the cooking process. Theandicons willdisplay to indicate whether thefan is running, and if the oven isheating. When a cooking cyclecompletes, theicon willbe off, but the fan may still berunning. During the dehydratesetting, the heat will periodicallyshut off to maintain the correcttemperature and will beindicated by theicon.9

SET UP AND USING MULTI AIR FRYERBEFORE FIRST USEREMOVABLE DOOR1.Unbox the Unit and place on acountertop or flat surface awayfrom any water source andnear a polarized outlet. Beforeplugging in the Unit, removeaccessories from the InternalHeating Compartment. Unwrapaccessories.The door can be removed forcleaning. DO NOT put the door in thedishwasher, as water may seep intothe dual pane glass. Instead use asponge or cloth with a dash of dishsoap to remove grease and mess.Gently rinse with warm water and drywith a soft cloth.2.Rinse the accessories with warmwater and dry thoroughly. Placethe Drip Tray at the bottom of theInternal Heating Compartmentand close the door.3.Plug in the Unit. Press thePOWER button to turn the uniton. Press the TEMP/TIME buttonand use theandarrows toadjust temp and time settings to5 minutes at 350 F.NOTE: This process will burn offany remaining residue left fromthe manufacturer. There maybe a slight burning smell but, willdissipate after a few minutes.4.Your new GoWISE USA Multi AirFryer Vibe is now ready for use!To Remove: The door opens to about70 . Push the white button down andmove in the direction of the arrow(as shown below), then pull the doordown to force it apart.To Insert: Align the shaft on the doorwith the hole on the base and insertthe door at the angle of the belowfigure.10

SET UP AND USING MULTI AIR FRYERUSING YOUR ACCESSORIESDrip TrayRotisserie CageThe drip tray should always be keptin the unit when cooking for easycleanup. To use, simply slide the trayin the bottom-most rack and cook.The surface is an FDA-approvednon-stick material. Be sure to use anon-abrasive sponge to clean.Great for fries, roasted nuts, andother snacks. Fill the basket and usethe rotisserie tong to place the basketinto the unit.How to use: Open the rotisserie cagedoor and add your ingredients. Closethe cage door and insert into theoven using the rotisserie tong.NOTE: Be sure to use oven mittswhen removing the rotisserie cageafter cooking.Rotisserie Rod & ForksMesh TraysThe mesh trays are great fordehydrating, but also can be used tofor crispy snacks or reheating pizza. Ifusing to roast or air fry fresh meats,it is recommended to brush a little bitof oil on the mesh to prevent sticking.To use, simply slide mesh trays intoany of the 4 rack levels.Make your own rotisserie chicken,Cornish game hen, roasted pork loinand more using the rotisserie rodand forks. Keep in mind the maximumweight capacity for the rotisserie is4.5 pounds. When cooking a wholechicken or hen, you may need to trussit first. Instructions for trussing achicken can be found on page 18 ofthis manual.How to use: Force the rotisserie rodlengthwise through the center of themeat. Slide forks onto the rod fromeither end and into the meat. Lock inplace by tightening the thumb screws.Use the rotisserie tong to place therod into the rotisserie position in theheating compartment.NOTE: Make sure the roast or chickenis not too large and rotates freelywithin the unit.11

SET UP AND USING MULTI AIR FRYERUSING YOUR ACCESSORIESRotisserie Skewers: Use forcooking Kebabs.1.Place the two skewer racks ateach end of the rotisserie rod.Make sure thumb bolts are on theouter side of the rotisserie rod.2.Slightly tighten the thumb bolts.Do not over tighten as you mayneed to adjust the tightness afterinserting skewers.3.Carefully poke skewers throughfood.4.Guide the sharp end of theskewer through an open hole onthe skewer rack.5.Slide the rounded skewer handleinto an open slot on the oppositeskewer rack. You may need totwist and squeeze the roundedskewer handle until its positionedproperly in the slot.6.Repeat steps 3-5 in a uniformmanner around the skewer rack.Make sure skewers are evenlyspaced.7.Tighten thumb bolts to make surethey are securely in place.8.Use caution when insertingRotisserie Skewers into the Unitto avoid being poked by theSkewer tips.9.Open the door. Insert one endof the Rotisserie Rod into theRotisserie Socket first then,set the opposite end into theRotisserie slot. Do not force therod into the socket; rotate untilthe rod slips in easily.1212345 6

SET UP AND USING MULTI AIR FRYERUSING YOUR ACCESSORIESRemoving Rotisserie Rod,Rotisserie Skewers, andRotisserie Cage from Unit1.Open the door.2.While wearing oven mitts on bothhands and using the RotisserieTong, hook the bottom left andright sides of the RotisserieRod, in the gaps of the rod andcarefully lift the rod out of theresting slot on the right side ofthe compartment – carefullypull the rod out of the Rotisseriesocket and remove from the unit.NOTE: Contents will be hot and caneasily burn – use caution not to letscalding meat juices or oils fromfalling on the skin by holding a catchtray or plate under the rotisseriecontents.NOTES: The GoWISE USA Multi Air FryerVibe will only begin heating oncethe door is completely closed. The door can be opened duringthe cooking process – the Unitwill stop heating automaticallyuntil the door is closed again. Thefan will also stop while the doorremains open. If the door remainsopen for 6 minutes, the Unit willshut down. TO STOP COOKING after the Unithas already started working, holdthe power button for 1-2 seconds.NOTE: If the Unit has beenrunning for any period the heatingelement will be HOT, the fanwill continue to blow to cool theheating element before shuttingdown completely. However, theUnit will have stopped heating.CAUTION! Contents and cookingaccessories will be extremely hotafter every use. To prevent personalinjury, always use oven mitts toremove contents and always waituntil the Unit has cooled sufficientlybefore touching or cleaning any areaof the Internal Heating Compartmentof the Air Fryer.13

TRUSSING A WHOLE CHICKEN1.Finding the right size chicken– be careful not use a chickenexceeding the 4.5 lbs max.2.After preparing, i.e., seasoningthe chicken, truss the chickenusing butcher’s twine.a.Place the chicken on its backwith the legs facing towardyou.b.Slide a piece of twine underthe back of the chickenbetween the wings and thethighs.c.Pull both ends of the twineup under the chicken’sarmpits, then pull them overthe wings.d.Cross the string around thetop of the breast, makingsure the skin is secure.e.Bring the ends of the twineback toward you, runningthem along the sides of thebreast above the wings andthighs.abcde16

TRUSSING A WHOLE CHICKENf.Cross the ends of the twine,pulling tightly up and underthe crown of the bird.g.Loop the ends of the stringunder the legs, then over thetop of the legs. Cross andtighten. The thighs shouldpop up a little.h.Flip the bird onto its bellyand finish by tying the stringsin a knot around the tail. Snipoff the ends.fgh17

ROTISSERIE ROAST A WHOLE CHICKENUsing the Rotisserie Rod to Roasta Whole Chicken1.After the chicken is trussed,carefully maneuver the RotisserieRod through the chicken from theneck to the legs.2.Slide the Rotisserie Forks onboth sides of the Rotisserie Rodpiercing the chicken; making sureto secure the chicken in place.3.Using the Thumb Bolts, lightlytighten the Rotisserie Forks intoplace – Do not over tighten asremoving Rotisserie Forks maybecome difficult after cooking.4.Open the door. Insert one endof the Rotisserie Rod into theRotisserie Socket first then,set the opposite end into theRotisserie slot. Do not force therod into the socket, rotate untilthe rod slips in easily.5.Turn the Unit on by pressingPOWER botton and select theRoast Chicken Preset by cyclingthrough MENU.6.Press ROTISSERIE botton onthe Digital Display to engage therotation functionality of the unit.7.The default cooking temperatureand time for Roti

But before you begin, it's very important that you read this entire manual, making certain that you are totally familiar with this appliance's operation and precautions.

3. Place squares in air fryer basket and cook 6-8 minutes until lightly browned 4. Open air fryer basket and using the back of a tablespoon make an indentation in the center of each square 5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon bacon over each square 6. Carefully crack 1 egg into each of the indentations 7. Return basket to air fryer 8.

Preheat air fryer to 392 F for 3 minutes. Place wings into air fryer and program to cook at 392 F for 17-23 minutes. When wings are golden brown and crisp, remove from air fryer. Add rest of wings; repeat process. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan; add hot sauce, to taste and vinegar. Pour sauce over wings and mix well to cover.
