When thedepartment receives requests to enter thebuilding, the requestor provides their certificateof completion from the EH&S Return to Worktraining. Daily attestations are required, andECE provides a Google form attestation forthose who do not have access to Workday.ECE maintains a daily log of every visitor whomay have close contact (within six feet for morethan 15 minutes) with other individuals at thework site or area, with two exceptions:-Individuals delivering items whilewearing required face coverings and/orappropriate PPE, or through contactlessmeans;

-Individuals that are on-site and not inclose contact with UW personnel.ECE will follow the guidance provided by theUW, specifically:-Individuals are advised to stay homeand self-isolate (i.e. telecommute) fortwo weeks after close contact withknown or suspected COVID-19 cases.-Individuals are advised to notify theEmployee Health Center if they suspector have confirmed infection with Informing personnel with COVID-19 symptoms to stay home, contacttheir healthcare provider and to notify the Employee Health CenterDescribe practices forresponding to suspected orconfirmed COVID-19 cases. Informing personnel with suspect or confirmed COVID-19 to stayhome and notify the Employee Health CenterCOVID-19.-Personnel are required to report to aUniversity Employee Health Center: Informing personnel who have had close contact with someone withCOVID-19 to stay home and notify the Employee Health Centersuspected or confirmed cases of COVID- Performing enhanced cleaning and disinfectionwho have COVID-19.19 or close contacts with individualsEnhanced cleaning is completed by CustodialServices daily. ECE personnel are provideddisinfectant and cleaning supplies in the mainoffice to clean their own personal spacesthroughout the day.

CLEANING ANDDISINFECTINGDescribe the proceduresused to clean and disinfectgeneral areas and hightouch surfaces.
