Konsumsi asam folat, vitamin B12 dan vitamin C pada ibu hamil tergolong masih rendah, sehingga konsumsi sumber vitamin perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencegah masalah selama kehamilan, seperti anemia, prematur, dan kematian ibu dan anak.
