Don’t Forget Your BackupWith the transition of the HBO and Cinemax services to MPEG-4 HD only distribution it’s important toconsider your backup options. Any receivers you have been using to receive these services will nolonger be functional as either primary or backup units for the MPEG-4 services. The only viable receiversto use as shelf-spares for backing up the MPEG-4 services is the DSR-7401 (12 services) or DSR-7403 (3services) transcoders.ARRIS’s distributors have available inventory of both the DSR-7401 and DSR-7403 transcoders. You areencouraged to contact one of the distributors listed below to purchase a shelf-spare to guaranteesustained and uninterrupted delivery of the HBO and Cinemax services to your subscriber base.ARRIS authorized distributors:Advanced Media Technologies3150 SW 15TH StreetDeerfield Beach, FL 33442Phone: 888.293.5856Fax: 954.427.9688TVC Communications10814 W. 78th St.Shawnee, KS 66214Phone: 800.932.1555Fax: 913-962-1806Contacts: Ken Augustine and Neil BaruchContact: Brent ScottThank you for your continued support.Copyright 2017 – ARRIS Enterprises Inc.
