Although this side of town is beautiful andusually has a cooler temperature than the rest of LA, this distance between the beach andcampus is significant. Traffic is heavy and it can be difficult to get Downtown. The Metrodoesn’t reach the beach cities (yet!) either. An easy highway-less carride from campus.
