How to AttendOnline ExaminationsSri Chaitanya conducts Online Examinations of various kinds, e.g. Part Tests, Unit Tests, Practice Tests, GrandTests etc. for all its students enrolled in Junior, Senior Colleges and Long Term students across all streamsincluding IIT/ Engineering and Medical streams.Sri Chaitanya has built in-house a state-of-the-art Online Examination Platform, named e-Praghna, which ishosted on secure Cloud infrastructural to empower it to perform at its best any-day anytime.What is required by Students to Access e-Praghna:- Internet connected Desktop/Laptop on Windows or Mac platform. Minimum Internet bandwidthrequired is 4-6 Mbps-3G/4G Mobile phones. In this case, student should identify area with best 3G/4G signal strengthand make arrangement to access from there.Required bandwidth- Where 4G is good

STEP-1Google ChromeMozilla FirefoxOpen Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser(Use latest versions for better experience).

STEP-2Type url in Address bar as www.epraghna.come-praghna website address iswww.epraghna.comMobile page view

STEP-3User Id: Student Admission NoEnter Your Password: XXXXXXX(You can change your password byclicking forgot password link)STEP-4Sign In with your credentials.

STEP-5Forgot Password ?Click on Forgot Password link toreset your PasswordForgot password window will be openedenter your Admission Number below toreset your passwordThen click on Submit button

STEP-6Enter your Admission Number andRegistered mobile number andclick on GET OTPOTP will sent to your registered mobile no,enter that OTP in Forgot Password Pagethen click on Verify OTPAfter entering (OTP)click on Verify OTP

STEP-7After entering correct OTP, you will get theoption to Set New Password.Enter New PasswordConfirm Passwordand Click on SubmitYour Password will be changed Successfully.

STEP-8e-Praghna website will be openedIn home page you can find a menu bar.Menu bar

STEP-9In the menu we have different options likeHome, Online Exams, Results,E-learning & Live classesSTEP-10Click on Online Examsoption to write exams.Click on Online Exams

S T E P - 11You can find the today'sexam schedules in that page.STEP-12Scheduled exams will be displayedin Today Page

STEP-13Practice papers are available in Practice pageand not written exams are displaying in Allpage.STEP-14If you want to write exam, you need to clickon Take Exam button under today's scheduledexam.

STEP-15you will get exam instructions pagelike thisSTEP-16Click on Next to get exam writing instructions,term and conditions page

STEP-17STEP-18Exam paper will be loadedTick the instructions andclick on I am ready to begin

STEP-19STEP-20You get exam paperWe need to select one option, then click onSAVE AND NEXT button to save the answerfor current question and move to nextquestion.

STEP-21If we want to review the question, we need to select Markfor Review button.STEP-22We can clear the answer forsaved questions by usingClear Response button.

STEP-23Saved Answers are displaying inGreen colourVisited and not answered questions are displaying inRed colourand Mark for Review questions are displaying inViolet colour.

STEP-24Based on need, We can easily select the requiredsubject by clicking on subject name.

STEP-25If we want to submit the exam (after attempting all the questions inall subjects), we need click on SUBMIT button. It is the finalsubmission of your exam.

STEP-26After clicking on submit button you will get EXAM SUMMARY.In this you can find answered and not answered question details.

STEP-27If you find any difference in Answered and Not Answered questions, youcan go back to question paperby clicking NO button in Exam Summary.

STEP-28If everything thing is fine,you click on YES in Exam Summary.

STEP-29Then it asks for your confirmation to submit the exam and also displayingresults available time. Then click on OK

STEP-30Your exam successfully completed.

STEP-31After submitting the exam you can checkyour results in Result page.STEP-32You can check both theResults and Progress Reportin Results page.Results page is visible like

STEP-34We are providing Topic wise Videos and EBooks in e-Praghna website. You can findthese in E-Learning page.You can find Topic Wise Videosin every subject by clickingTopic Videos

STEP-35Click on topic name then you willget the video .You can find Topic Wise Papers inevery subject by clickingE-Books

STEP-36Click on the topic name then you willget the detailed information aboutthat topic .

STEP-37And we are also providing Subject wiseLive classes in our website. You canfind these in Live Classes page.Click on Live Classes, You will getSubject wise videos.

STEP-38You can find Topic Wise videos in everysubject. Click on thePlay button for selected topic video.Then video will be played.
