Quality, reliability, durabilityBuilt to last.For added rigidity – and to protect hoses fromdamage – a 3CX or 4CX has flat plate-depressedloader arms, while cat tail welds reduce stressconcentrations.6The plastic fuel tank on the 3CX and 4CX iscompletely rustproof for ultimate fuel injectionsystem protection.768 The single-piece composite cab floor on thesebackhoes is also rustproof, and has moulded waterchannels.9 JCB’s robot welded single-piece chassismaximises strength and minimises weight.Tested to the limits.All the materials with which we construct ourbackhoe loaders are tested to the very max. Security and serviceabilitySafety.6 An optional JCB keypad immobiliser adds tomachine protection and allows the operator to key ina sequence of numbers to activate the starting of themachine.
