MethodologyThe Center for Career and Professional Development at Adelphi University annuallysurveys graduating students to ascertain their employment status or plans for continuingeducation, as well as to acquire insights into hiring trends.This report examines the career outcomes of 700 undergraduates who earned theirAdelphi degree in either August 2018, December 2018, or May 2019.Students were surveyed just prior to and up to six months after graduation, during threesurvey administration periods: August 2018–February 2019, December 2018–June 2019,and May 2019–November 2019. Data was collected through surveys from the Class of2019, combined with data from social media and from discussions with faculty and staff,generating a 70% knowledge/response rate.
