Important Notice To ExhibitorsThe Event Buildings are designated as NO SMOKING areas. The West Springfield Fire Departmentwill strictly enforce this regulation. Please cooperate!Enforcement of the State Laws regarding Handicapped Parking areas will also be strict. Please observethese laws and do not park in these areas unless your vehicle is so designated or it will be towed.For All Events:* Exhibitors will be permitted entrance to the Better Living Center on Friday at 3:00 P.M.* Exhibitors’ Vehicles will NOT be permitted into the buildings for unloading.* Private Exercise Pens will not be permitted in event building.* Outdoor Public Exercise Pens will be provided near most major entrances to the buildings.
