Important Notice To ExhibitorsThe Event Buildings are designated as NO SMOKING areas. The West Springfield Fire Departmentwill strictly enforce this regulation. Please cooperate!Enforcement of the State Laws regarding Handicapped Parking areas will also be strict. Please observethese laws and do not park in these areas unless your vehicle is so designated or it will be towed.For All Events:* Exhibitors will be permitted entrance to the Better Living Center on Friday at 3:00 P.M.* Exhibitors’ Vehicles will NOT be permitted into the buildings for unloading.* Private Exercise Pens will not be permitted in event building.* Outdoor Public Exercise Pens will be provided near most major entrances to the buildings. Therewill be a large outdoor area between the event buildings reserved for private exercise pens whichneed not be removed during the weekend. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards.The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. Extreme weatherconditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including,but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be consideredfor the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramountimportance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed,no refund will be made. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs inthe judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring beforethe judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent’s Office advised at once.
