Please makesure you ask for the Medtronic starter kit that includes the G2Transmitter and Enlite Sensors. To access the Tech Upgrade CGM Subscription your childneeds to turn seven before the subscription ends. You need to send us both your proof of health insurancecovering IPT plus a photo of a receipt showing you collecteda box of Enlite sensors from a pharmacywithin the last sixweeks. As well as accessing the NDSS subsidy, you will need tosubscribe to the Tech Upgrade CGM Plan for one year viaour eshop.
