Exhibitor Rules& RegulationsDisplays:Installation & Removalof Exhibits:Electrical Needs:Shipping:Amplification:Liability, Insurance &Security:Exhibits must be arranged to be completely within theallotted space. Exhibits must conform to space size,and of such a character or arrangement not to obstructthe view or interfere with adjacent exhibitors. Table topdisplays are recommended. Tables are provided.Display space will be available for setup at 8:00 a.m.,Monday, December 6 and must be in complete order by9:30 a.m. Exhibitors agree that they will not dismantletheir exhibit until after 6:30 p.m.Once space is reserved, you will receive a form detailinginternet and electric availability and costs. Exhibitorsrequesting electricity should complete the form andsend it directly to the Hilton.Once space is reserved, you will receive a form detailingshipping instructions and costs. Exhibitors sendingitems prior to the exhibit should complete the form andsend it directly to the Hilton.The use of microphones, recordings, movies, slides orother audio-visual equipment is permissible; however,the sound volume of any such device must notexceed that of normal conversation voice level or beobjectionable to neighboring exhibitors.OCA will not be responsible for any loss, damage,injury or theft that may occur to exhibitor, exhibitor’semployees or public property from any causewhatsoever, prior, during, or subsequent to the periodcovered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor uponsigning of the contract expressly releases OCA andthe Hilton from and agrees to indemnify, define andhold harmless same against any and all claims for loss,damage, expense or injury. Exhibitors must protecttheir equipment and goods so that no injury or damagewill result to the public or the exhibit area and will beliable for any such damage.

Use of Space:Table tops are recommended due to dimensionlimitations. Display space will be assigned on a firstcome first-served basis. OCA will assign exhibitorsto the best alternate space in the event their firstthree choices are already reserved, and will makereasonable shifts in location for the benefit of theexhibitor or the betterment of the exhibition. OCAreserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit orpart of an exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit which,in OCA’s opinion, is not suitable to and in keepingwith the character of the exhibition. No subletting orassignment of space will be permitted.Payment for ExhibitSpace:Early bird reservation deadline is November 12, 2021,and must include full payment. There will be norefunds after this date.Exhibit Dates & Hours:Exhibit hours will be: Monday, December 6, from10:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Buffet lunch will be servedin the Easton Foyer. Spaces are 3’ x 10’.Breakfast, lunch and reception buffets are in the Easton Foyer.Coffee breaks and beverage stations are in the main exhibit area.
