PRESIDENT’S CORNERSpring is upon us! Or, at least, Oregon’s version of Spring isupon us. I personally have had one of the darkest wintersI have ever faced in my adult life. I am looking forward tothe renewal and to the light that a change in seasons can bring. Most recently, I have had the chance to reflect on the giftsPentacle Theatre has given me over the years since I first startedvolunteering here in 2004. Pentacle has been a creative outlet, aplace of learning and expansion of horizons. But, most importantly, it has given me a community. I am grateful for the friendHeather Tollership and the support I have received from my Pentacle community when I needed it most. The mental, physical and emotional efforts of many are what keep us vibrant. So farthe 2017 season has brought us the comedy of Noises Off and the drama of Emma’s Child.I also celebrate the recent win of the Oregon One Act Competition of The Zoo Story. With our current production, Jesus Christ Superstar, we launch another world where thefruits of many will be compiled into one rocking show. It’s humbling to receive the giftsof our community again and again.Thank you to all of you who support Pentacle and thank you Pentacle for all you havedone for me.Heather Toller, Pentacle Theatre Governing Board PresidentTo volunteer at Pentacle,Call 503-485-4300.P E N TA C L E T H E AT R E L I F E T I M E M E M B E R SEvery five years the Pentacle Theatre Governing Board honors as Lifetime Members five peoplewho h
