How to operate your C7 Rapide Chronograph QuartzFor a superior water resistance your crown isof the screw-in type. The crown should sitflush to the case (position 1) in order to maintainwater resistance. First unscrew the crown anti-clockwise fromthe case to position 2. Pull gently into position 3. For rapid datecorrection, turn in a clockwise direction. Pull gently into position 4. This position is usedfor handsetting and stopping of the second hand.For precise time setting it is recommended topass beyond the desired minute and to set thehand backwards.PLEASE NOTE: Date correction should not becarried out between 20.00 hr and 24.00 hras the watch gearing will already be aligningitself to change the date. The crown shouldalways be pushed in after adjustment,and it is best to do so from position 3 toavoid advancing beyond the desired date.You must always ensure the crown is fullytightened before any use in water.7

We only usethe finest leathers for our straps. Similarly, weonly use the finest metals in the constructionof our bracelets, all of which are precisionengineered for durability, efficiency and comfort.Using the quick-release pins on your strap1. Locate the quickrelease pin on yourstrap. Pull the pinto the side to detachyour strap.The following guidelines explain how easyit is to use and adjust your Christopher Wardstrap or bracelet.2. To reattach yourstrap, align the pinsto the lug holes andclick the strap intoposition. Repeat forthe other side.12

There are five micro adjustment positions,which allows for a maximum extension of8.4mm. To extend, pull the lever to unlockand simultaneously pull on the braceletinto the desired position.2. Pull open the clasp.4. To shorten, simply push the braceletback into the clasp.13
How to operate your C7 Rapide Chronograph QuartzWater resistanceAlthough your watch has been through vigorousstatic pressure testing, it is worth remembering thatthere are many variables that can affect the waterresistance of your watch.1 ATM (10 metres)Safe to wear your watch whilewashing your hands with tap water.3 ATM (30 metres)Washing your car and/orgeneral hose pipe usage.For instance, arm movements during swimmingand the sudden impact of diving and water sportswill drastically increase the pressure the watch isunder.
