Oklahoma Pow-Wow 2015Activities Participation - Form EAt the Pow-Wow many different events and activities will be offered for boys to participate in andsome of the events require the approval of the parents. All events will be supervised by qualifiedleader(s) and all safety requirements will be used. In order to comply with the wishes of theparents/guardians we require approval for the following events. All events will be divided into theappropriate age group. The younger boys will not be competing against the older boys in theseevents. They will participate in their own age group.Instructions:Parents/Guardians please initial beside each activity that you approve of your child participating induring Pow-Wow. Boys will not be allowed to participate in these activities without a parent/guardianinitials and signature. For any “no” response the boys commander will be responsible for carrying outyour desires by not having them participate in the activity. Pictures and/or videos may be taken duringvarious events which will include boys.
