Net weekly export sales came in at 219,900 tonnes for the current marketing year and38,600 for the next marketing year for a total of 258,500. Old crop sales were up 90% from week ago levels but down 24% from the 4 yearaverage. As of May 9th, cumulative sales stand at 90% of the USDA forecast vs. a 5 year average of 90%. Sales of 120,000 tonnes are neededeach week to reach the USDA forecast, down from 125,300 tonnes the week prior. A storm system this weekend is expected to shut downplanting for much of the northern Midwest while some areas to the south might be able to make minor progress. Another period of dryweather will move in thereafter. The wheat market traded lower on the day which also helped to pressure the corn market.CME JULY'13 CORN - WEEKLY SNAPSHOT14.223512.02451.2865Weekly QCN32011/03/18 - 2013/06/28 (CHG)PriceUScBshCndl, QCN3, Trade Price2013/05/17, 6321/2, 661, 6321/2, 6431/4SMA, QCN3, Trade Price(Last), 132013/05/17, 6595/8 SMA, QCN3, Trade Price(Last), 212013/05/17, 6753/4 780760740US CORN SUPPLY & DEMAND PROJECTION (M/Bu)MayAprMay(M Acres)USDAUSDAUSDA11-1212-1312-13Planting Acres91.997.297.2Harvested Acres84.087.487.4Yield (Bu / 06806606406206005805605401/8AprInitial Stocks(M/Bu)ProductionImportsTotal 1894759141402514924Feed/ResidualFood/Seed & IndustryEthanolTotal al Usage12527111371113512920Ending StocksStks/Use Ratio9897.9%7576.8%7596.8%200415.5%MayJunQ2 2011JulA ugSepQ3 2011OctNovDecQ4 2011JanFebMarQ1 2012AprMayJunQ2 2012JulAugSepQ3 2012FUNDAMENTAL CHARTSOctNovDecQ4 2012JanFebMarQ1 2013AprMayJunQ2 2013

Good meal export sales and strong cash basis levels helped to support. There were unconfirmed reports that theBrazil government may pass port reform legislation tonight that could mean port union workers drag out their work stoppage. It was reportedyesterday afternoon that workers had returned to work in one main port while the other 2 were still on strike. Export sales weredisappointing this morning and provided more evidence to the market that the US export program has all but come to a close as demandshifts to South America. Net weekly export sales for soybeans came in at 15,300 tonnes for the current marketing year and 346,600 for thenext marketing year for a total of 361,900. As of May 9th, cumulative sales stand at 99% of the USDA forecast vs. a 5 year average of 96%.Sales of 15,000 tonnes are needed each week to reach the USDA forecast, nearly unchanged from the week prior. Net meal sales came in at82,800 tonnes for the current marketing year and 109,700 for the next marketing year for a total of 192,500. Better rainfall forecasts for areas of Europe, the Black Sea, and Australia over the next 3-7 days were all seen as negative factorsfor price. European wheat futures inched lower into the close today as traders are torn between an uncertain weather outlook and a largerworld carryout for the 13/14 marketing year. Old crop export demand is beginning to deteriorate as new crop harvest draws closer and therewas noticeable evidence of this in this morning's export sales report. Net weekly export sales came in at 125,000 tonnes for the currentmarketing year and 415,600 for the next marketing year for a total of 540,600. As of May 9th, cumulative sales stand at 96% of the USDAforecast vs. a 5 year average of 97%. Sales of 318,000 tonnes are needed each week to reach the USDA forecast, that's up from 272,700tonnes the week prior. Old crop sales were down 48% from last week and down 52% from the 4 week average.CME JUL'13 WHEAT - WEEKLY SNAPSHOTWeekly QZWN32010/07/09 - 2013/07/12 (CHG)PriceUScBshCndl, QZWN3, Trade Price2013/05/17, 7031/4, 7183/4, 6811/2, 6873/4SMA , QZWN3, Trade Price(Last), 132013/05/17, 7093/4SMA , QZWN3, Trade Price(Last), 212013/05/17, 735 900880860840US WHEAT SUPPLY & DEMAND PROJECTION (M/Bu)MayAprMay(M Acres)USDAUSDAUSDA11-1212-1312-13Planting Acres54.4055.7055.70Harvested Acres45.7049.0049.00Yield (Bu / .107807607407207006806601/8ASQ3 2010Initial 4322691257312057130Total 4950763609457636095874290Total l .8%Ending StocksStks/Use RatioONDQ4 2010JFMQ1 2011AMJQ2 2011JASQ3 2011ONDQ4 2011JFMQ1 2012AMJQ2 2012FUNDAMENTAL CHARTSJASQ3 2012ONDQ4 2012JFMQ1 2013AMJQ2 2013J
