March 2020 :: Volume 1::Issue 1Meet the newly-elected Student Government Association at Earle Elementary School. The 20 member group is a historical firstfor the school. Students were nominated based on their outspokenness, leadership abilities, and high-achieving attributes. TheSGA at Earle Elementary meets weekly to discuss community service projects, fundraisers, and any concerns from peers. Futureprojects include a collaboration with St. Jude. This motivational and awareness day calls for all children and youthin every community across the United States to celebrate reading.To celebrate Read Across America Week and the birthday of Dr. Seuss on March 2nd, some fun activitiesare planned for the week of March 2nd through March 6th at both schools. The students will have theopportunity to dress up for each day.
