The System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) REST APIunder Oracle HCM Cloud is not discoverable through the Oracle ApplicationDevelopment Framework. Therefore, the Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter is unable tolist those resources during design time. As an alternative, use the REST Adapterwith the SCIM REST API under Oracle HCM Cloud.
