Not likely to cause customer return. Minor aesthetic defects that are not deemed as important by customer / consumer / brand.Primary Visual Surface – Top, front and sides, always in view by customer during normal use.Secondary Visual Surface – Internal areas, backs and undersides that are partially in view by consumerduring normal use.Not Visual Surface – Undersides area, rarely in view by customer during normal use.Major Area – All surfaces on the item that are either readily visible or will be visible with no effort requiredduring the course of normal use or observation.Prepared by :Date :Reviewed by :DateApproved by :Henry Lee2009/08/17Robert Clausing2009/10/20Robert ClausingRevised by :Date :Reviewed by :DateApproved by :Date :Henry Lee2016/06/13Faye Huang,Goetzinger,Nathan2016/06/13Faye Huang2016/06/13Page 1/7Date :2009/10/20

Supporting documents include B2B Spec, W spec, BOM and drawing requirements etc.4.1.2The Quality Assurance personnel shall be responsible for following this procedure. The auditor hasthe authority to randomly select the inspection samples, following the sampling plan strictly, andreject nonconforming products. Additional samples may be checked in case for verifying anydefectives.4.1.3Visual inspection is to evaluate the shelf appeal of the Coleman product. The location of theinspection should have good lighting, optimum 150 foot candles at the table-top surface. There shallbe sufficient space and clean table surface. Product shall be inspected a 90 degree angle to adistance of approximately 0.5 meters. It is assumed a typical inspection in this manner should lastapproximately 5-10 seconds to allow the eyes to focus on the object.4.2Inspection Criteria1Carton does not match drawingSamplingPlanANSI/ASQC Z 1.4Level SI2Label is unscannable or illegibleLevel IX3Missing country of originLevel IX4Missing date code / Purchase Order #Level I5Staple on master cartonLevel IX6Wrong product or quantity in cartonLevel IX7Moisture content greater than 15%Level SIX8Contamination in carton - bugs, trash, mold, etc.Level IX9Excess material in carton - tape, cardboard and otherpackagingLevel IX10Damaged or Deformed larger than 6mm*6mmLevel IX11Dirty larger than 6mm*6mmLevel I12Carton is not fully sealed by tape or other meansLevel IItemCodesMASTER CARTONDefect LevelCRIMAJMINXXXXPrepared by :Date :Reviewed by :DateApproved by :Henry Lee2009/08/17Robert Clausing2009/10/20Robert ClausingRevised by :Date :Reviewed by :DateApproved by :Date :Henry Lee2016/06/13Faye Huang,Goetzinger,Nathan2016/06/13Faye Huang2016/06/13Page 2/7Date :2009/10/20

theoretical model and results of the experimental study have been compared to a single defect on the outer ring of bearing. The results of the theoretical model show good agreement with experimental vibration response. 2. Defect Frequencies The defect present in the bearing element tends to increase vibration energy at defect frequency.

Defect Analysis and Prevention Defect Analysis is the process of analyzing a defect to determine its root cause. Defect Prevention is the process of addressing root

After you install a plug-in, be sure to read the product-specific documentation that is installed in the p4dtg/doc/ directory. Important Defect replication is one-to-one, meaning that for each new defect, one Helix Server job is created.

Misrun defect is a kind of incomplete casting defect, which causes the casting uncompleted. The edge of defect is round and smooth. When the metal is unable to fill the mould cavity completely and thus leaving unfilled portion called misrun. A cold shunt is called when two metal
