QUESTIONNAIREICSI CSR EXCELLENCE AWARDS, 2021The ICSI CSR Excellence Awards is bestowed on the basis of the decision of the Jury relyingon the information provided by the companies in response to the questionnaire, the informationavailable about the company in public domain and as gathered from various accessible sourcesincluding feedback provided by regulatory bodies and analysis made by the ICSI of theinformation so gathered. The authenticity and veracity of the information provided by thecompanies and as contained in the Annual Report and other documents of the Company aretaken in good faith by the ICSI.It is assured that the data provided by the company shall be used only for ascertaining andevaluating Corporate Social Responsibility of the company for ICSI CSR Excellence Awards,2021. The data furnished will be kept confidential. The decision of Institute, based on therecommendations of the Jury, will be final and binding on all participating companies.Eligibility: All companies having prescribed CSR spend of Rs. 1 crores and above for the FY2020-21 are eligible to participate.Cooling off: The cooling off period for the award winning companies is three years. Howeverif an award winning company in a particular category viz. Large, Medium or Emergingundergoes an upgrade in category in subsequent year, the cooling off period will be one year.Award CategoriesA. Large - Prescribed CSR spending 25 CroresB.
