Both made statements andanswered questions by the Board. After discussion and consideration by the Board, Dr.Marchese made a motion to issue an order for 6 hours of non-disciplinary continuing medicaleducation in pharmacology. Seconded by Dr. Eldridge. Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 1 Vacant.(2) Dr. Michael Uzick, Case No. 14-006, Review of Consent Agreement and Consideration ofPossible Alternative Board Action.Dr. Uzick was present and made statements to the Board. After discussion and considerationby the Board, Dr. Sadilek made a motion to give the Executive Director the ability to accept forthe Board, either a consent agreement for Decree of Censure or Letter of Reprimand.
