President Reporto National Correspondence Dues Payments2018-2019 dues payments are payable January 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018 without incurringa late or reinstatement fee. This month is our National Collegiate Connection Month, we want to make sure that we reach outto our undergrads Headquarters has a National Reclamation Project to reclaim 4000 sorors. We are encouraged toinvite inactive/non-financial Sorors to chapter meetings and chapter events by way of personalcontact. Chapters are encouraged to review their service areas, confirming that we are actually providingservice to the areas that listed as a part of our service area and/or request a service areaamendment to include areas we service, but are not listed in our charter. A letter was submittedearlier in the fall detailing/clarifying the areas that we serve. MIT Season has started and many of you have or will be asked to write letters ofrecommendations. Things to note when writing the letters is that you must be financial for 2years, you must include the content listed and if you are writing the letter for an undergraduate,you must include the statement that the applicate is a full-time student or the letter will beinvalid. Last month, the revised Constitution & By-Laws was published online. Later this month, therevised Chapter Management Handbook will be available.o SWR Regional Correspondence Regional Conference will be held July 19-22, 2018. Go to the Regional website for details on the conference, the Call to Conference, order thenew Regional lapel pin, other information. Registration opens March 13, 2018 at 12:00noon EST and closes April 17, 2018 at 11:59pm ESTor until capacity is reached.We encourage you to register as soon as possible. The maximum number of registrations is1800 and there are no expansion options. Last time, capacity was reached a month before thedeadline date.
