ReflectionsISC Batch 2019At Jamnabai Narsee School, learning is not limited to the classroom. There havealways been a plethora of opportunities like EUMIND, IAYP and AWS. Class wasmore an interaction than a lecture-with an emphasis on healthy discussion andinteractive learning. My teachers have had a profound influence on me andignited my interest in subjects that were new to me and I had never learnedbefore. In the short span of two years at Jamnabai Narsee School, I have learntto work collaboratively, think critically and love learning beyond the textbookMARYANNE RODRIGUES2nd in Maharashtra (Humanities Stream) Ashoka UniversityOne word for my journey in this institution: incredible! Looking back at what Igained from Jamnabai, I fall short of words. Not only did the school prepare mewell for academic rigour, but also moulded my personality to face the world asa confident person. Especially these two years, where the biggest advantageI had, was the opportunity to meet such a diverse batch. It was an enrichingexperience to interact with amazingly talented people, who really helped meshape my personality and motivated me to make the most of this opportunity!SRUSHTI NANDU2nd in Maharashtra (Science Stream) Rutgers UniversityJamnabai Narsee School has been a home away from home. It was here that Ilearned the values that have moulded me into a person who is now ready towork towards fulfilling his goals and potential. The support which I received fromthe management, teachers and my peers is something I will always be gratefulfor. As an ISC Representative I got an opportunity to conduct and take part in ahost of curricular and co-curricular activities which has contributed towards myoverall personality development.DHRUV BROKERpursuing Chartered Accountancy and B.Com. from HR CollegeEntering through the main gate of a new world, nervous, excited and eager tomeet new people and looking forward to the new opportunities to explore, little did I know of what was lying ahead of me.
