VW/AUDI DSG Fluid ServiceRPrepare your air compressorusing the follow specificationsand cautions:The filler tool utilizes a maximumPSI of 20; 10 PSI is highlyrecommended as a limit toavoid over pressurization of thetransmission fluid bottle.An over-pressurizedtransmission fluid bottle canreach a limit where explosion isimminent. VW/AUDI DSG Fluid ServiceREnsuring appropriate oil levelLeave hose connected to the transmissionWarm up the car; 10-15 minutes of idling the engine from cold will be sufficient.Keeping your foot on the brake, cycle through each gear selection for 3-5seconds. This draws the fluid into the transmission at each gear.The transmission temperature should read between 35-46 degress Celsius (95-113Farenheit).
