This course meets the State of Alaska Division of OccupationalLicensing educational requirements that qualify general contractors to take the state Residential Endorsementexam (to be eligible, participants must be online/present for the entire training). The building technologiesintroduced are based on energy conservation through the use of insulation, air/vapor retarders, insulatingwindows, and controlled ventilation systems, among other methods.
