Other OperationsPress REDIAL button when theline is busy.lPressing the REDIAL button enables youto redial once.The PAUSE button function is neededbehind the PBX for outside line access ora computer accessed dial tone.When you press the PAUSE button, youcan dial the phone number withoutwaiting for the line access.n One pause is required when waitingfor an outside dial tone.Example (PBX):Phone No.Line Access No.Some PBXs require this “PAUSE”during an automatic redial.If you want to change from pulse modeinto tone mode during dialing, the TONEbutton can be used instead of changingthe Dialing Mode selector.11
