Slate & Tile Support Insulated Roof Panel SystemKS1000/2000 TS/NulokKingspanInsulated Panels5High Performance RoofingFactory Engineered, Quality, SingleComponent Panel uilding with insulated sandwich panels instead of traditionalBbuilding methods for the roof and facade has importantadvantages. The insulation core, consisting of high-quality rigidfoam with a closed cell structure, is factory-foamed betweentwo steel plates in an optimally controlled environment. Thesesteel faces are finished both on the outside and the inside witha coating of your choice depending on the desired applicationof the building (climate, agricultural environments, etc.). Theresult is a simple and quick to place end product; directlyfinished on both the outside and inside of the building. Theexterior face of the panel provides an ideal platform for theinstallation of the link channels and battens to create a tile orslate finish, without compromising the thermal or structuralperformance of the panel.Thermal PerformanceThe insulated panels from Kingspan have a highly insulatingclosed cell structure within the foam core. The uniquecomposition of the panels guarantees a superior thermalefficiency, both in warm and cold climates compared totraditional multi-layered constructions, build layer by layer onsite. The panels are mounted on the outside of the building andform a thermal shell that not only reduces temperature lossfrom the inside, but also prevents temperature increase fromthe outside. The closed cell structure of the insulation materialprevents the ingress of moisture.Protected PerformanceThe KS1000TS Kingspan Slate & Tile Support Roof System canbe protected for its thermal and structural performance for aperiod of up to 25 years – to find out more about this, pleasespeak to your Area Sales Manager.
