Diane Paloma, CEO of Lunalilo Home andTrust, did a fantastic job of helping us establish our core values in relation toachieving our ambitious 2020 goals. She also discussed how each member of thecompany plays an integral role in helping Atlas create a lasting and meaningfulimpact on the Hawaii community and our clients which coincides with an activitywe did. We each had a tennis ball that we wrote our name on, and tossed it to eachother as we called out that person’s name. It was to demonstrate that each personplays a role at Atlas, and that when the ball is tossed to you, you try everything inyour power to catch it so you are there for your teammates/colleagues and try notto drop the ball. If you do, pick it up and try your best again. We also recognized 12 employees for their outstanding years of service!
