Dear Members of the Alaska Society of CPAs:The AKCPA 2019 Annual Meeting will be held May 29th – May 31st in Girdwood, Alaska at The Hotel AlyeskaResort.Carl Peterson, AICPA Vice President of Small Firm Interests, will present an optional 4-Hour class in themorning on Wednesday, May 29th, CPA Firm Practice Transition & Succession Planning Workshop &Feedback Forum. Registration fees for this class are separate from the Annual Meeting registration fee.Annual Meeting festivities begin at noon on May 29th with lunch followed by Ethical Considerations forCPAs presented by Kevin Walsh and Melody Feniks (4 CPE credits). You will not want to miss the OpeningReception festivities on the Columbia Patio, featuring libations and refreshments generously sponsoredby CPACharge.Thursday begins with breakfast and a half day session of Less Stress, More Ease: Transforming our WorkLives Through Self-Care & Awareness (4 CPE credits) led by Woodrie Burich of The Integration Group.Lunch includes a ride on the aerial tram to the top of Mount Alyeska to the Bore Tide Deli.
