01 SECTION 1 SECTION ONE Logging in to the KF Product Suite Log into the Korn Ferry Product Suite. Use your normal Korn Ferry login credentials if you have a subscription. Otherwise, use the login information sent to you in the welcome email. If you are having difficulties logging in, please use the forgot password function on the login page or contact your Korn Ferry account manager.

02 SECTION 2&3 SECTION TWO How to access the data submission tool The Data collection tool is located under the “Data Submission” tab. You should see this at the top of your web browser page. Simply click on the tab to begin the process of submitting your data. If for some reason you can’t see the “Data Submission” tab please contact your Korn Ferry account manager. SECTION THREE On-Boarding Survey This short survey gathers the necessary information to create the profile of your organization and thus allows us to correctly categorize your organization in our databases. The information gathered will also feed the Artificial Intelligence used in the tool for quality assurance purposes and for the purpose of making the process as easy as possible for data submission.

03 SECTION 4 SECTION FOUR On-Boarding Survey – Assigning Firstly, you need to assign the on-boarding survey to either yourself or a colleague who has the relevant information to complete it. You do this by clicking on the assign button.

04 SECTION 4 When assigning to a colleague, you will have the option to assign to someone who is already set up on the platform using the drop down menu below.

05 SECTION 5 SECTION FIVE On-Boarding Survey – Parent Organization Once the task of completing the on-boarding survey is assigned there are two sections which need to be completed. The first of which is the parent organization information. You will need to complete this section if you work for the parent organization or a subsidiary/business unit. Please enter the name and main operating currency of your parent organization.

06 SECTION 5 The next section of the on-boarding survey requests information on the financial status of the parent organization, as well as the number of global employees. This information should hopefully be easy to find, but your Korn Ferry account manager can help if needed. If you don’t have the information to hand you can leave this section blank and move forward, then come back and complete it when you have the relevant information. You will need the following information to complete this section: Total Global Revenue Total Global Assets Market Capitalization (if the parent organization is publicly listed) Total Global Employees

07 SECTION 5 This section asks for information on what industry the parent organization sits in and well as some other operational information. You will need to complete this section to enable access to the data collection tool. To complete this section, you will need the following information: Industry the parent organization operates in (if you need help selecting an appropriate industry your Korn Ferry account manager can help). Ownership type Revenues from international operation (what percentage of the parent organization revenue is generated outside of the country the parent organization is registered in). If there is an internal grading structure. You should now add the countries you wish to submit data for by selecting the country in the drop-down menu. Then map your organization to any which have submitted data before. This is to help the AI with matching your roles to Korn Ferry roles. If you work for the parent organization and you only submitting data for that organization, you can skip the next section about submitting data for business units or subsidiaries.

08 SECTION 6 SECTION SIX On-Boarding Survey – Business Unit/Subsidiary You can now complete the on-boarding survey for any business units or subsidiaries you also need to submit data for. Please enter the name and main operating currency of the business unit or subsidiary. The next section of the on-boarding survey requests information on the financial status of the business unit or subsidiary, as well as the number of global employees. This information should hopefully be easy to find, but your Korn Ferry account manager can help if needed. If you don’t have the information to hand you can leave this section blank and move forward, then come back and complete it when you have the relevant information. You will need the following information to complete this section: Total Global Revenue Total Global Employees Business Scope Subsidiary Governance information

09 SECTION 6 This section asks for information on what industry the business unit or subsidiary sits in and well as some other operational information. This information needs to be to be completed to enable access to the data collection tool. To complete this section, you will need the following information: Industry the business unit or subsidiary operates in (if you need help selecting an appropriate industry your Korn Ferry account manager can help. Revenues from international operation (what percentage of the business unit or subsidiary’s revenue is generated outside of the country the parent organization is registered in). You can now add the countries you would like to submit the business unit or subsidiary data for. You should now also map the subsidiaries to any which have submitted data before. This is to help the AI match your roles to Korn Ferry roles.

10 SECTION 7 SECTION SEVEN Generating your leaderboard After providing information for the parent organization, any business unit or subsidiaries and the countries you will be submitting data for you will be asked if you are ready to generate your leaderboard. This is so you can begin submitting data. Please ensure your on-boarding survey answers are correct. You are able to edit this information at any time from your leaderboard.

11 SECTION 8 SECTION EIGHT Assigning tasks You will now see your leaderboard has been generated and you can begin assigning the tasks of submitting data to either yourself or colleagues. We split the task of submitting data for employees at or below executive level, but you can submit for both together. You can assign a particular country to a specific colleague, who then can assign the tasks of submitting data to one of their colleagues, if need be. To do this click the assign button under the country name and assign to a current user or create a new user.

12 SECTION 8 You will need to assign both the executive and non-executive tasks to move forward and begin submitting your data. This includes assigning tasks for any business units/subsidiaries. Once all the tasks have been assigned you will see, at the top of the leaderboard, all the tasks assigned to yourself. You will now be able to click the “Get Started” button to beginning submitting your reward information.

13 SECTION 8 Select which level of the submission you are uploading. Submit executives and non-executives in the same file by selecting both. Click “Continue”

14 SECTION 9 SECTION NINE Downloading the Korn Ferry data submission template If you want to complete the Korn ferry Data submission template, you can do download it from this page. Select the industry template you want to download. For some countries you will only be able to use the all industries template:

15 SECTION 10 SECTION TEN Uploading the completed Korn Ferry data submission template You will need to select the industry for upload, again, there may only be the option to upload to all industries in some countries. If you are using our template, once you have entered the relevant information in the template you will be able to upload on the same page you downloaded the template from. Either drag and drop the template into the upload section of the page or use the “click here” function to open your file explorer and upload from where the file is saved. If the file has been successfully uploaded, you will see a message saying your file is ready to be processed.

16 SECTION 10 When your file is uploaded, it will go through several initial data checks to ensure that you have provided us with all the data for the required fields. The below screen will show you the initial data checks that will need your further review. Some of the initial data checks are: Employee ID must be a unique identifier Job Title entered for all employees Base Salary entered In addition to the required fields, we will also alert you to any fields that are missing data that if provided, will give you a more comprehensive analysis of your organization’s data. To see more details as to which fields in your submission file need to be corrected, click on the “Generate Error Export” button. This will provide you with an excel document of an overview of the errors, and detailed view of which cell has which error. Once you have fixed the errors, you may reupload your file.

17 SECTION 10 You will now have the option to skip the AI review process or to be notified when the AI has completed it suggested job matches. It advised to complete the review process to ensure that the AI has successfully matched your jobs. You can do this by selecting the “notify for review” button on the right-hand side of the page.

18 SECTION 11 SECTION ELEVEN Uploading a custom template and mapping data fields If you are uploading your own template and mapping the column fields, please see this section. First you will need to identify which of the sheets in your template contains the data, which row contains the column headers and which row the data starts on. Map your fields to Korn Ferry fields. An asterisk (*) indicates a mandatory field. Choose “Cannot Map” from the dropdown if you have a field that you cannot map to a Korn Ferry field. Click “Continue” when you have mapped all your fields.

19 SECTION 11 If the file has been successfully uploaded, you will see a message saying your file is ready to be processed. 21 SECTION 12 SECTION TWELVE AI review process If you have selected the “notify for review” option our AI will now start matching the jobs, you have submitted to Korn Ferry roles. This is partly to correctly code the roles for our database but also to allow you to benchmark at a job level. It is important that you check these matches as they will affect your Korn Ferry Pay reports. While the AI is working you will see the progress bar move towards 60%. When it gets to 60% you will be able to review the AI matches. An email will be sent to you when the jobs are ready for review or you can refresh the page to see if the progress bar has reached 60%.

22 SECTION 13 SECTION THIRTEEN Check/Change AI suggestions The next section is the Job Matching Tool. Here you can review and make changes to the job matches using the “View” and “Details” buttons. Layout of the Job Matching Tool Organization Job: Data is rolled up by your Internal Job Title. If you have 20 incumbents with the Job Title of Supervisor III, all 20 incumbents are rolled into this line for review. Korn Ferry Job: This is the Korn Ferry Job that your incumbents are matched to. This match was either provided by you or recommend by the Artificial Intelligence (AI). Reviewed By: This will show you who on your internal team has reviewed the job match. If it has not been reviewed, it will state “Not Reviewed” Matched By: If the AI suggested the match, it would say “Korn Ferry Suggested”. If you submitted the match, or changed the match that the AI suggested, it will say “Client Matched”. Bulk Actions: Mark jobs as Reviewed, Not Reviewed or Match Jobs in bulk.

23 SECTION 13 Clicking the “view more suggestions” button will allow you to see other jobs you can potentially match your role to along with the AI confidence percentage. If you wish to change the job match to something other than the first suggestion then please click the “select this match” option on the right hand-side of the page. Click the “View” button to read the job description of the suggested match and change the job match if necessary. Click “Mark as Reviewed” and then “Save” after making any changes.

24 SECTION 13 To mark jobs complete, check off the job matches as they are reviewed. Use the “All” and “Bulk Actions” drop downs to select and mark multiple jobs complete. Once you have reviewed your entire file, click the “Mark As Complete” box in the upper right to submit your file.

25 SECTION 14 SECTION FOURTEEN Completing your data submission You can now submit your file by selecting submit. You will be returned to your leader-board where you can see your completed tasks. Once all tasks are complete you will have completed the data submission exercise.
