Phase 3: Execution of Marketing Plan Our Marketing Plan will be developed and refined in Phase 1. The plan will be directly aligned with the Goals established in Phase 1. At the Conclusion of Phase 1 At the end of Phase 1, Miles Technologies will review the results of our work in Phase 1 and our recommended approach to Phase 2 and Phase 3. We will provide our documentation on target market identification, buyer persona profiles, competitive analysis, the leading brand messages, defined goals and the documented marketing plan to US Supply. We will provide the scopes of work, exact pricing and time frames for Phase 2 and Phase 3. *Note: Phase 2 and Phase 3 can be executed simultaneously. Miles Technologies will provide our recommendations on the timing of these phases at the conclusion of Phase 1.

Pricing & Time Frames Phase 1 One-Time Price: 3,500 Phase 1 Time Frame: 3 Weeks From Approval We also offer fast track options whereby we apply resources beyond cost effective levels while maintaining the same high level of quality. This typically decreases the timeline by approximately 30% while increasing the price by 50%. Phase 2 Estimated One-Time Price Range: 10K to 30K *The actual price depends on the number and complexity of the initial set of assets we are creating. Phase 2 Estimated Time Frame: 8 to 12 weeks Phase 3 Estimated Monthly Fee Range: 5K to 15K depending on how aggressive your goals are & the amount of ongoing asset creation, like videos. *This would not include advertising fees paid directly to platforms like Google or other 3rd party costs such as marketing automation platforms.

Expectations & Next Steps Upon Approval After review of this proposal, you will be provided with a login to our Customer Portal where you can further review the scope of work, and you will have the option to approve the proposal within the portal. Upon approval, your Marketing Strategist will contact you immediately to schedule our kickoff meeting. All marketing services in this plan will begin immediately and will be executed on a monthly basis. This proposal is good for 30 days after it has been presented to the customer. Any meetings as part of this scope of work will be held via web conference or at Miles Technologies headquarters. Onsite meetings at customer location can be scheduled as part of a change order with additional cost. Anything not specified in this scope of work can be completed via a change order or separate proposal with additional cost.
