CIMB 0% Easy Pay Cash Back Campaign Terms and Conditions 1. CIMB 0% Easy Pay Cash Back Campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organized by CIMB Bank Berhad [Registration No: 197201001799 (13491-P)] (“CIMB Bank”) and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad [Registration No: 200401032872 (671380-H) (“CIMB Islamic”). CIMB Bank and/or CIMB Islamic shall herein collectively be referred to as (“CIMB”). The Campaign Period 2. The Campaign shall run from 01 January 2023 until 30 April 2023, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). 3. CIMB reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice of fourteen (14) calendar days to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. Eligibility 4. This Campaign is open exclusively to all CIMB Credit Card principal or supplementary credit card (excluding CIMB Platinum Business Card and Fuel Tanker Card) issued by CIMB in Malaysia (“Eligible Credit Cards”). By participating in this Campaign, the customer confirms that he/she falls holds an Eligible Card stated above. Customers who are eligible to participate in this Campaign shall hereinafter be referred as the (“Eligible Participant”). Campaign Mechanics 5. Eligible Participant(s) must make Eligible Transaction (as defined in Clauses 6 to 10 herein) using their Eligible Credit Card(s) in the manner explained below in order to stand to be rewarded with the Cash Back (as defined in Clauses 12 to 13 herein). 6. Eligible Participant(s) are required to fulfil a minimum retail spending transaction of One Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM1,000) in a single receipt and sign up for the 0% Easy Pay through CIMB merchant terminals or online payment gateways at selected participating merchants only herein referred to as (“Eligible Transaction”) during the campaign period. 7. (“0% Easy Pay”) means a monthly instalment payment plan made available to the Eligible Participant to enable the Eligible Participant to repay the amounts incurred for his/her purchase of goods and/or services from merchants approved by the CIMB by way of instalment repayments without the imposition of any finance charges/facility charges subject to these terms and conditions at www.cimb.com.my/epp0 8. Retail spending transactions for the Campaign shall include domestic, online and/or in-store retails spending on selected CIMB merchant terminals and online payment gateways charged to any of the Eligible Participants’ Eligible Credit Card(s) during the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the following transaction herein expressly excluded and shall NOT be treated as Eligible Transactions: i) ii) Quasi Cash transactions – (example: betting and/or gaming transactions); Standing instructions/ auto-payment service;

iii) iv) v) vi) vii) Payment of annual fees or service charges, delivery charges, cash payments, card replacement fee, government service tax, dispute charges, fraud charges or any other fees, charges or penalties whether imposed by CIMB or otherwise; Transactions for payments made towards insurance premiums and/or takaful contributions of any kind whatsoever; Cash advance/withdrawal/deposit transactions; Spending transactions which are subsequently cancelled or refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions; Transactions made in the country which is a member of the European Economic Community (EEC) or European Union (EU).; and 9. All Eligible Transactions will be automatically tracked by CIMB for the purpose of tabulating the Cash Back and is based on the transaction dates and/or time (Malaysian Time) as captured by CIMB’s transaction records during the Campaign Period. CIMB’s determination as to what constitutes Eligible Transactions shall be conclusive unless the same appears as grossly unfair or unjust. 10. Campaign Reward 12. Total of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Thousand (RM50,000) Cash Back are allocated per Campaign Month during the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis. Total Cash Back allocated for the campaign is Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thousand (RM200,000) Cash Back. The Cash Back shall be credited into one (1) of the Eligible Participant(s)’ Eligible Credit Card’s principal account within eight (8) weeks after each of the Campaign Month stated Clause 12. The Eligible Participant(s) should notify CIMB within twelve (12) weeks after the Campaign Period (“Specified Period”) if the Cash Back was not credited. If the Eligible Participant(s) do not notify CIMB within the Specified Period, the Cash Back will be considered as successfully credited. 15. The Eligible Card account(s) of the Eligible Participants MUST be in good standing and MUST NOT be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the CIMB Credit Card and/or CIMB account agreement, and must not be delinquent, invalid or cancelled as otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the Campaign. 16. Any determination by CIMB on the computation and/or amount and/or fulfilment of the Cash Back shall be conclusive and shall not be challenged in any manner whatsoever, save for manifest error. The Cash Back cannot be exchanged for a different prize or reward of similar value or any other alternatives in any circumstances. 17. CIMB accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Cash Back or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the Cash Back remains the sole responsibility of the Eligible Participants. It is the responsibility of each Eligible Participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation. General Terms and Conditions 18. The Eligible Participants agree that by participating in the Campaign, they: a) have accessed, read and confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions; b) consent to CIMB processing and disclosing their personal data in accordance with the CIMB Group Privacy Notice at www.cimb.com.my; c) agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by CIMB in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including the Cash Back to be given away and determination of the recipients, shall be final, binding and conclusive; and d) agree that CIMB shall not be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Participants if CIMB is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations in these Terms and Conditions attributable directly or indirectly to: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system or transmission line; electrical failure; industrial dispute, war, strike or riot; any act of God beyond CIMB 's control; or any factor in a nature of a force majeure which is beyond CIMB ’s reasonable control.

19. The Eligible Participants will be disqualified from participating in the Campaign and/or the Cash Back will be forfeited if, during the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Cash Back: a) b) c) 20. For avoidance of doubt, CIMB shall not be liable to the Eligible Participants for any losses, damages, costs or expenses as may be suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or indirect result of any Cash Back and/or any cancellation, suspension, shortening or extension of the Campaign. 22. CIMB shall not be liable to any Eligible Participants or any party for any loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages) resulting from: a) The Eligible Participants’ participation or non-participation in the Campaign; and/or b) Any non-receipt or delayed receipt by the Eligible Participants of the Short Message Service (“SMS”) unless such loss or damage arises from and is caused directly by CIMB ’s gross negligence or willful default. 23. a) CIMB shall have right to vary, add, delete, or amend any of these Terms and Conditions (“Amendment”) by giving twenty-one (21) calendar days’ prior notice to the Eligible Participants via: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) announcement at CIMB ’s website; and/or notice at CIMB ’s branches; and/or advertisement in one newspaper of CIMB ’s choice; and/or by any other means of notification which CIMB may select. b) The Amendment shall be considered as binding on the Eligible Participants from the date as specified by CIMB in the notification.

c) Eligible Participants agree to access CIMB ’s website at regular intervals to view the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to ensure that they are kept up-to date with any variation to these Terms and Conditions. 24. CIMB will not be liable to the Eligible Participants for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of the Amendment. 25. The Eligible Participants shall fully indemnify and keep CIMB indemnified against any fee, cost, charge, expense, loss, damage or liability which CIMB may incur as a result of: a) the Eligible Participants’ participation in the Campaign; and/or b) the Eligible Participants’ receipt, redemption or use of the Cash Back 26. These Terms and Conditions: a) shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other materials advertising the Campaign; and b) are to be read together with the prevailing terms and conditions of the Eligible Card which shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. 27.
