You can also log in with your existing Gmail account. Click on “Sign in with Google” (as shown above) and select the Gmail account you have (if you have more than more Gmail account), click

[Create online survey in SurveyMonkey] After you sign in SurveyMonkey, you will have the following page; then click on “ Create Survey” to begin creating surveys. You will have the options of creating new survey, copying an existing survey, and use an expert survey template, as shown below. For this tutorial, new survey will be created.

On the page below, you can click “Add page” to add pages for your survey, and click “Add question” to add questions for your survey. Change themes here Add page here Add question here When creating questions, this page (as shown below) allows you to select the type of question, i.e. multiple choice, essay etc. Here, you can also indicate the placement of the questions and even the size of the question.

[Preview and Send your Survey] When you finish adding questions, you can preview survey by clicking “Preview Survey”; When you are satisfied with your survey, you can click “Send Your Survey” at the right corner on the webpage to send out your survey. After click “Send Survey”, you will be directed to the page of sending your survey, as shown below: Copy and paste link, and email it to your audience Copy and paste HTML code to add to webpage You can copy and paste the link shown on the screen and send it to your audience; Also, you can copy and paste the HTML code in the box to add your survey to any webpage. [Upgrade the Plan if you want ] The Basic Plan (free one) only allows you to submit ten questions.
