Install Valve Stand to Right Hand Rear Mount as shown using one (1) 1/2” x 1 1/2” bolt, 1/2” flat washer, 1/2” lock washer and 1/2” hex nut in slot and one (1) 1/2” x 1 1/2” bolt, 1/2” lock washer and 1/2” hex nut in round hole. Mark the quick couplers with colored nylon ties as shown: Attach Single Lever Control (SLC) w/ regen decal to back of valve stand as shown insuring float position detail is on top. STEP 2. Install Hydraulic Control Valve to Valve Stand using one (1) 5/16” x 3/4” bolt and 5/16” lock washer in top left hole and two (2) 5/16” x 3/4” bolt, 5/16” lock washer, and 5/16” flat washer in bottom left slot and right slot. Attach 9/16” JIC male end of 1/4” x 44” hydraulic hose to loader tubing. Mark the quick coupler end of each hose with colored nylon ties of individual color as noted below. Note: Adjust valve stand so valve handle is comfortable to operator from tractor seat, then tighten valve stand hardware. 1. Thread nut and slide lock washer onto handle. 2. Screw handle onto SLC. 3. Tighten lock nut. 4. Position Rubber Boot over handle and onto SLC. 5. Rotate rubber boot so that tang on three sides fit into groove of SLC on three sides. 6. Secure boot with cable tie 7. Thread Knob onto end of handle. STEP 4. When installing loader only on tractor attach a 90 hydraulic adapter to each port insuring proper orientation as shown in the figure to the right. To install the 90 hydraulic adapters locate the three hydraulic ports located on the right hand side and in front of the rear mount and remove metal plugs. Attach the 3/8” Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader Hydraulic Valve “IN” Port to the Outlet Block Pressure Port “P”. Attach the 3/8” Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader Hydraulic Valve “OUT” Port to the Top Port in the Hydraulic Outlet Block “T”. Attach the 3/8” Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader Hydraulic Valve “PB” Port to the Bottom Port in Hydraulic Outlet Port “N”. STEP 6. Attach 3/8” x 42” hoses with fittings to the Power Beyond, “IN” and “Out” ports on the Hydraulic Control Valve. Route the hoses down the outside of Hydraulic Control Valve Stand and secure hoses as shown with a plastic tie strap supplied with loader kit.
