How to do Picture in Picture using the Camtasia Plug-in within PowerPoint 2013 By Alexander Palazzo and Scott Badger 1. In the Task List, select Record PowerPoint. 2. Microsoft PowerPoint opens. You need to click on the video window so that only the video window is being selected. You should only see the resize (hollow circles) around the video window. (Note: The video window will be displaying a black background by default.
