Natural Gas Pipeline, with Dispatch Station (DT) near Shrigonda, Intermediate Pigging station at Ahmednagar, Receiving station at Aurangabad & kopargaon . BGRL is also executing project of laying a 160 kms (approx.) Natural Gas Pipeline, with Dispatch Station (DT) at CGS near Village Mouje Vadgaon, District Kolhapur and Intermediate Pigging station near Waghwadi in Sangli District at , Receiving station at Sangli and Satara in Maharashtra State. These proposed pipelines are hereinafter referred to as Limpangaon Ahmednagar Aurangabad Kopargaon ( LAAKPL) Pipeline Project and Mouje Vadgaon-Waghwadi-Sangli/Satara ( VWSS) Pipeline Project respectively. The Pipeline Size has been finalized for piggable section as below i.e.: i. ii. iii. iv. 24” NB for Limpangaon to Ahmednaagr section & Ahmednagar to Aurangabad section 16” NB for Ahmednaagr to Kopargaon section 18” NB for Mouje Vadgaon to Waghwadi section 16” NB for Waghwadi to Sangli section and Waghwadi to Satara section TE-India is now inviting tenders for procurement of Pig Launcher/Receiver for this project. Compliance with this material requisition in any instance shall not relieve the Vendor of his responsibility to meet the specified performance. 2. COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATION The VENDOR shall be completely responsible for the design, materials, fabrication, testing, inspection, preparation for shipment and transport of the above equipment strictly in accordance with the Material Requisition and all attachments there to. 3. VENDOR'S SCOPE Vendor’s scope of work includes Design, supply, testing, inspection, packing & forwarding and transportation of Flow Tee. 4. INSPECTION Inspection shall be performed by Third party inspection agency (TPIA) appointed by vendor from recommended TPIA or its authorized representative. Inspection shall be carried out only after drawing & documents are approved by Owner’s Engineer, as set out and specified in the codes and documents forming this Material Requisition. In addition to stamping, the specifications & manufactures symbols as specified in ASME material specifications. 5. INSPECTION AND TEST PLAN Vendor shall appoint a TPIA for inspection purpose and issuance of 3.2 certificates in a manner described below: The successful vendor shall propose minimum two (02) Nos. of TPIA‘s from the below list within (02) weeks from the date of FOA for Purchaser / Purchaser’s consultant approval.
