1958 3000 70 Founded Simulators Countries FRASCA LEGACY Founded in 1958 by aviation pioneer Rudy Frasca, FRASCA International has deep roots in general aviation and was built on dual foundations of providing effective pilot training and improving aviation safety. Over 60 years later, the company is led by John Frasca and the mission remains the same. Better Simulators. Safer Pilots. Our commitment to providing the best simulation equipment available is evident in everything we do, from product innovation and superior quality to our personal approach to service and support. We provide our customers with simulators they can count on, day in and day out. Simulators that are manufactured and engineered to provide accurate and realistic training experiences. “ BUILDING INNOVATIVE SIMULATION PRODUCTS IS NOT JUST WHAT WE DO, IT’S WHO WE ARE. engineering FRASCA’s simulators are engineered for optimal performance, realism and reliability. This is made possible by a very experienced engineering team. FRASCA engineers play a significant role in what makes a FRASCA simulator unique. HARDWARE Our Hardware Engineering team is focused on accurately recreating aircraft cockpits with high-quality components. On upper-end simulators, the cockpit is virtually indistinguishable from the cockpit of the real airframe. Additionally, hardware components are built and sourced to create the highest-quality, longest-lasting devices in the industry. VISUAL SYSTEMS Our Visual Systems Engineering team can provide our own turn-key visual system solution or integrate our systems with other well-known providers. Flight training locations are modeled in high-resolution, providing accurate portrayals of runways, ramps and airport buildings – as well as accurate depictions of the areas surrounding the airport. Special emphasis is put on 3D modeling for rotor craft training. SYSTEMS SOFTWARE Our Systems Software Engineering group creates and integrates the software that make the simulations come to life. These engineers create the code that simulate aircraft avionics, including glass cockpits, transponders and radio stacks. Additionally, they are responsible for our Instructor Operating Station, allowing flight instructors to control all aspects of the simulation from a touch-screen monitor. AERONAUTICAL Our Aeronautical Engineering team is responsible for the physics of flight, equations of motion, and the blade element rotor model. After instrumenting and testing an airframe, this team uses the data collected to build an accurate flight model. Our flight fidelity is amongst the best in the business, providing student pilots with realistic and accurate aircraft performance.

Simulation is a process of emulating real design behavior in a software environment. Simulation helps verify the functionality of a design by injecting stimulus and observing the design outputs. This chapter provides an overview of the simulation process, and the simulation options in the Vivado Design Suite. The process of simulation includes:

Excellence Model and its suitability for measuring the levels of business excellence is being demonstrated. The second part is dedicated to the exploration and presentation of alternative ways for attaining the highest possible levels of excellence, while, in the third part a comprehensive comparison among them is being conducted. Finally, in the fourth part, the basic findings are summarized .
